夯实基础 巩固极贫乡镇脱贫攻坚成效——以黔东南州极贫乡镇为例

Consolidating the Foundation and Effectiveness of Poverty Alleviation in Extremely Poor Towns——Take the Extremely Poor Town in Qiandongnan as an Example

极贫乡镇脱贫攻坚是贵州当前脱贫攻坚的硬骨头,贵州省委、省政府高度重视其发展,出台系列政策强力扶持,取得了明显成效。但是,极贫乡镇基础薄弱,返贫风险极大,对此,笔者提出了进一步夯实基层基础、进一步壮大扶贫产业、进一步加速补齐短板、进一步坚持帮扶倾斜、进一步做好风险防控等建议,以期能够稳定极贫乡镇的脱贫攻坚成果。

The poverty alleviation in extremely poor towns is a hard bone.The Guizhou Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial Government attach great importance to its development,and have issued a series of policies to support it,which achieve remarkable results.However,the foundation of extremely poor towns is weak and the risk of returning to poverty is great.To this end,the author puts forward some suggestions,such as further consolidating the grassroots foundation,strengthening the poverty alleviation industry,making up the short board,insisting on the inclination of aid,and doing well in risk prevention and control,in order to consolidate the achievements of poverty alleviation in extremely poor towns.
