摘要
乡村校长培训专业化,本质上是教育服务的专业化。所谓取向,即预期的目标与行动的方向,是"形而上者谓之道"与"形而下者谓之器"的有机统合。近年来,教育部逐步切实加强了对乡村校长培训专业化的政策导向和行动诉求,但在落实过程中较为普遍地存在着实践导向的思、行困惑。为有效审视乡村校长培训的实际问题、切实探寻改进路径,笔者立足乡村校长培训行动经验总结与实效改进审思,对乡村校长培训专业化基本取向进行了理性辨析与实践表达。
Essentially, Professional training of principals is the professional educational service. Orientation is expectant target and active direction, the integration of thought and practice. In recent years, ministry of education pay more attention to policy orientations and active demands for professional training of rural principals. But Implementation process, dilemmas of practice excisted in common. Writer based on practical experience of Assistance Project for rural principals by ministry of education, Try to provide some advise to improve the matters and ways of rural principals training.
