影响汉语志愿者跨文化适应因素分析——以赴泰志愿者为例

摘要 随着我国经济不断增长,综合国力不断增强,国际地位不断提高,学习汉语的人越来越多。截至2016年底,中国已经在全球140个国家和地区建立了孔子学院和孔子课堂。越来越多的志愿者被派出从事汉语教学工作,这些汉语志愿者在赴任期间面对陌生的文化环境会产生很多问题,如何解决并且有效地避免这些问题成为重中之重。本文对2017年在泰国各地进行汉语教学的37名志愿者进行了问卷调查,分析影响赴泰志愿者跨文化适应的因素,并提出跨文化适应建议,为赴泰汉语教师志愿者提供借鉴,使其更好地融入泰国生活,顺利开展汉语教学。 With the continuous growth of China’s economy, comprehensive national strength and international status, more and more people are learning Chinese. By the end of 2016, China has established Confucius institutes and Confucius classrooms in 140 countries and regions around the world. More and more volunteers are sent to teach Chinese. These volunteers will face many problems in the strange cultural environment during their tenure. How to solve and effectively avoid these problems has become a top priority. A questionnaire survey was conducted among 37 Chinese teachers in Thailand in 2017. This article is to analyze the factors that affect the cross-cultural adaptation of volunteers to Thailand, and give some suggestions to the volunteers of Chinese teachers who are in Thailand or are going to work, so that they can better integrate into local life and carry out Chinese teaching.
