摘要
某化工生产装置中,锅炉排污水泵采用自吸泵,在运行过程中因严重汽蚀发生机械密封损坏、叶轮口环脱落故障。通过对自吸泵结构和工作原理的介绍,并对自吸泵运行过程深入调查和泵体解体检查,发现了造成自吸泵汽蚀的主要原因,并提出了相应的故障处理措施,解决了自吸泵汽蚀故障问题。自吸泵的稳定运行也保证了生产的稳定长周期运行。
In one plant, self-prime pump is used for discharging waste water form boiler. Serious cavitation occurred in operation which resulted in damage of mechanical seal and drop of ori?ce ring. Based on the structure in self-prime pump and its working principles, and with the investigation of the operating procedure of the pump and combined with disassemblyof the machine, the main causes for cavitation was found. Then relative measures were proposed, so the faults of self-prime pump due to cavitation were avoided. Stable operation of self-prime pump can make the production in long term of stable status.
