卫生监督法治规范化是深入推进法治政府建设的内在要求,是新时期卫生监督执法工作的重点和难点。本文从实践的角度对卫生监督法治规范化的意义、内容和做法进行了阐释和思考,并提出了若干建议和对策,旨在进一步规范卫生监督法治工作,规范监督执法行为,切实保障人民群众的健康权益。

The standardization of the rule of law in health supervision is the inherent requirement for deepening the construction of a government under the rule of law,which is also the key point and difficulty of the work on health supervision and law enforcement in the new era.This paper expounds and deliberates the significance,content and practice of the standardization of the rule of law in health supervison from the perspective of practice,and puts forward several suggestior^s and countermeasures,which aims at further standardizing the work on the rule of law in health supervision,regulating health supervison and law enforcement,and practically maintaining the health rights and interests of the people.
