摘要
利用回溯算法,将RNA结构中的环放在二维直角坐标系中,分析其可能存在的形状,并给出了程序的实现方法。结果表明,随着RNA序列的增长,其形状数目呈指数增长。
In the paper,backtracking Algorithm is used and the loop in RNA structures is placed on the Cartesian coordinate to find its all possible shapes.The results show that,with the growth of the length of RNA,the number of shapes increases exponentially.
