高性能工艺助剂降低HTPB推进剂药浆黏度新技术 被引量:5

New technology for reducing slurry viscosity of HTPB propellant using high performance processing auxiliaries

摘要 对降低端羟基聚丁二烯(HTPB)推进剂药浆黏度进行研究,采用加入反应型活性键合工艺助剂,设计推进剂中活性工艺助剂交联网络模式,经装药试验验证,机理符合交联网络模式;加入微量的SU—2键合工艺助剂可使药浆黏度降低35%~55%,并获得良好的药浆使用期和优异的推进剂力学性能。SU—2助剂适用性强,可用于多种HTPB推进剂。 Reducing the slurry viscosity of the hydroxyl-terminated polybutadiene(HTPB) propellant was investigated. By adding the reactive active bonding processing auxiliaries, the active processing auxiliaries crosslinking network mode in the propellants were designed. By verifying through the charge test, the mechanism accords with the crosslinking network mode. Adding trace amount of SU-2 bonding processing auxiliary can reduce the viscosity of the slurry by 35%~55%, meanwhile can obtain good usage period of the slurry and excellent mechanical performance of the propellants. The SU-2 auxiliaries possess strong applicability, and can be used in many HTPB propellants.
