中药足浴结合小腿推拿对髋关节置换患者下肢深静脉血栓形成的影响

Effects of Traditional Chinese Medicine Foot bath Combined with calf Massage on deep Venous Thrombosis Formation in Patients with Hip Replacement

目的探究中药足浴结合小腿推拿干预对髋关节置换患者下肢深静脉血栓(DVT)形成的影响。方法将76例2015年11月～2017年11月于我院行髋关节置换术的患者随机分为观察组(n=38)和对照组(n=38),对照组给予低相对分子质量肝素钙皮下注射,观察组在对照组基础上给予中药(补阳还五汤)足浴结合小腿推拿干预,比较两组、股深静脉、腘静脉、胫后静脉血流速度及DVT发生率。结果观察组干预后股深静脉、腘静脉、胫后静脉血流速度均显著高于对照组(P <0.05);观察组术后仅发生1例DVT(2.63%),显著少于对照组6例DVT(15.79%)(P <0.05)。结论髋关节置换患者术后给予中药足浴结合小腿推拿干预,可有效地增加下肢静脉血流速度,降低DVT的发生。

Objective To explore the effects of traditional Chinese medicine foot bath combined with calf massage intervention on the deep venous thrombosis(DVT)formation in patients with hip replacement. Methods 76 cases of patients undergoing hip replacement in our hospital from November 2015 to November 2017 were randomly divided into the observation group (n=38)and the control group (n=38).The control group was given subcutaneous injection of low molecular weight heparin,and the observation group was given traditional Chinese medicine(Buyang Huanwu decoction)foot bath combined with calf massage intervention on the basis of the control group.The blood flow velocities of deep femoral vein,popliteal vein and posterior tibial vein,and incidence rate of DVT were compared between the two groups before and after operation.Results The blood flow velocities of deep femoral vein,popliteal vein and posterior tibia1 vein were significantly higher than those in the control group (P <0.05 ).Only 1 case DVT (2.63 %)occurred in the observation group, which was significantly less than 6 cases DVT (15.79%)in the control group (P <0.05 ).Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine foot bath combined with calf massage intervention for patients with hip arthroplasty can effectively increase the venous blood flow velocity and reduce the risk of DVT.
