马来酸桂哌齐特联合脑苷肌肽对老年急性脑梗死患者脂蛋白磷脂酶A2的影响及其治疗效果

Effect of Cinepazide Maleate Combined with Encephalococcal Carnosine on Lipoprotein Phospholipase A2 in Elderly Patients with Acute Cerebral Infarction and its Therapeutic Effect

目的探究马来酸桂哌齐特联合脑苷肌肽对老年急性脑梗死(ACI)患者脂蛋白磷脂酶A2的影响及其治疗效果。方法选取于2015年1月至2016年12月我院收治的40例ACI患者作为本次研究试验对象,根据随机数字表法将患者分成观察组和对照组各20例,对照组采用对症治疗,观察组采用马来酸桂哌齐特联合脑苷肌肽治疗,观察并记录两组患者临床疗效,治疗前后血清内Lp-PLA2和hs-CRP水平、NIHSS评分以及Barthel指数变化情况,分析比较。结果治疗后,对照组患者总有效率为55.00%,观察组总有效率高达90.00%,(P <0.05)。治疗前,两组患者NIHSS评分和Barthel指数无明显差异(P> 0.05);治疗后,观察组患者NIHSS评分显著降低,Barthel指数则上升(P <0.05)。治疗前,两组患者Lp-PLA2和hs-CRP水平基本无差异(P> 0.05);治疗后,两组Lp-PLA2和hs-CRP水平较治疗前均有显著下降(P <0.05)。结论马来酸桂哌齐特联合脑苷肌肽治疗老年ACI临床疗效较好,患者体内hs-CRP和Lp-PLA2水平显著降低,神经功能缺损状况得到明显改善,预后较好,独立活动能力增强,生活质量提高。

Objective To investigate the effect of cisplatin maleate combined with enantioside on lipoprotein phospholipase A2 in elderly patients with acute cerebral infarction (ACI)and its therapeutic effect.Methods 40cases of ACI were selected from January 2015to December 2016in our hospital as the research object according to the test,were randomly divided into observation group and control group 20cases, control group with symptomatic treatment,observation group were treated with cinepazide maleate combined with cerebroside carnosine treatment,observe and record the two groups of patients with clinical curative effect,before and after the treatment of Lp-PLA2 in serum and hs-CRP level,NIHSS score and Barthel index changes,analysis and comparison.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the control group was 55%,the total effective rate of the observation group was as high as 90%(P <0.05).There was no significant difference in NIHSS score and Barthel index between the two groups (P >0.05 ).After treatment,the NIHSS score of the observation group was significantly decreased and the Barthel index increased (P <0.05 ).There were no significant differences in the levels of Lp-PLA2 and hs-CRP between the two groups (P >0.05 ).After treatment,the levels of Lp-PLA2and hs-CRP in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(P <0.05).Conclusion The efficacy of cisplatin maleate in combination with cerebrospinal fluid is better in the treatment of ACI in the elderly.The levels of hs-CRP and Lp-PLA2 in the patients were significantly decreased,the neurological deficit was improved and the prognosis was better.,Improve the quality of life.
