制备时间对新鲜冰冻血浆内凝血因子Ⅷ含量的影响 被引量:5

摘要 目的分析新鲜冰冻血液的制备时间对于血浆内凝血因子Ⅷ含量的影响。方法选择安全血液40袋,按照新鲜冰冻血液不同制备时间分为A、B、C、D四组,A组在采血后4h进行冰冻血浆制备,B组在采血后7h进行冰冻血浆制备,C组在采血后12h进行冰冻血浆制备,D组在采血后17h进行冰冻血浆制备,解冻后对比四组冰冻血浆内凝血因子Ⅷ含量。同时,另取安全血液4袋(设为E组),在采血后7h将其制备成冰冻血浆,并将每袋血浆平均分为两部分,一部分直接进行速冻(设为E1),另一部分则放入温度为4℃的冰箱中进行保存,等到采血后17h后再进行速冻(设为E2),再将两部分血浆内凝血因子Ⅷ含量进行配对比较。结果 A、B、C、D四组新鲜冰冻血浆内凝血因子Ⅷ含量差异显著(A> B> C> D,P <0.05),且A、B、C、D四组新鲜冰冻血浆也呈递减趋势(分别为100.00%,80.00%,60.00%,20.00%),组间差异存在统计学意义(P <0.05);在E组血浆中,每一袋E1部分新鲜冰冻血浆内凝血因子Ⅷ含量显著高于E2。结论制备时间越短,新鲜冰冻血浆内凝血因子Ⅷ含量越高,同时,为使新鲜冰冻血浆符合国家标准,制备时间控制应该在12h内。 Objective To analyze the effect of fresh frozen preparation time for blood plasma coagulation factor Ⅷ content.Methods 40 bags of blood safety,in accordance with the fresh frozen blood of different preparation time is divided into A,B,C,D four group,A group at 4h after blood collection of frozen plasma preparation,B group in blood after 7h of frozen plasma preparation,C group at 12h after blood collection of frozen plasma preparation,D group at 17h after blood collection of frozen plasma preparation, comparing the four groups after thawing in frozen plasma coagulation factor Ⅷ content.At the same time, another security 4 blood bags (group E),7h in blood it was prepared into frozen plasma,and Each bag of plasma average is divided into two parts,one part of the frozen(E1 ),the other part is placed in the refrigerator temperature is 4DEG C for storage,until 17h after blood collection after frozen (E2),and then the two part plasma coagulation factor Ⅷ levels were compared with.Results The A,B,C,D four groups of fresh frozen plasma in different coagulation factor Ⅷ content significantly(A >B >C >D ,P <0.05 ),and A,B,C,D four groups of fresh frozen plasma also showed a decreasing trend (respectively 100%,80%,60%,20%),the differences between groups.The statistical significance (P <0.05 );in group E in the plasma of each bag is Elpart of fresh frozen plasma concentrations of factor Ⅷ by the shorter time was significantly higher than that of E2.Conclusion Fresh frozen plasma coagulation factor Ⅷcontent is higher,at the same time,in order to make fresh frozen plasma in line with national standards,the preparation time should be in control within 12hours.
