制备时间对新鲜冰冻血浆内凝血因子Ⅷ含量的影响

目的分析新鲜冰冻血液的制备时间对于血浆内凝血因子Ⅷ含量的影响。方法选择安全血液40袋,按照新鲜冰冻血液不同制备时间分为A、B、C、D四组,A组在采血后4h进行冰冻血浆制备,B组在采血后7h进行冰冻血浆制备,C组在采血后12h进行冰冻血浆制备,D组在采血后17h进行冰冻血浆制备,解冻后对比四组冰冻血浆内凝血因子Ⅷ含量。同时,另取安全血液4袋(设为E组),在采血后7h将其制备成冰冻血浆,并将每袋血浆平均分为两部分,一部分直接进行速冻(设为E1),另一部分则放入温度为4℃的冰箱中进行保存,等到采血后17h后再进行速冻(设为E2),再将两部分血浆内凝血因子Ⅷ含量进行配对比较。结果 A、B、C、D四组新鲜冰冻血浆内凝血因子Ⅷ含量差异显著(A> B> C> D,P <0.05),且A、B、C、D四组新鲜冰冻血浆也呈递减趋势(分别为100.00%,80.00%,60.00%,20.00%),组间差异存在统计学意义(P <0.05);在E组血浆中,每一袋E1部分新鲜冰冻血浆内凝血因子Ⅷ含量显著高于E2。结论制备时间越短,新鲜冰冻血浆内凝血因子Ⅷ含量越高,同时,为使新鲜冰冻血浆符合国家标准,制备时间控制应该在12h内。
