血小板参数水平与肺炎患儿病情严重程度的相关性

The Relationship between Platelet Parameter and the Severity of the Disease in Children with Pneumonia

目的分析血小板参数与肺炎患儿病情严重程度的关系。方法选取2015年3月到2017年4月我院收治的150例支原体肺炎、细菌性肺炎与病毒性肺炎各50例,分为重症组(n=54)与轻症组(n=96),并取同期50例健康体检者纳入对照组,观察患儿血小板参数,并分析其与肺功能指标相关性。结果细菌性肺炎组、病毒性肺炎组及支原体肺炎组患儿BPC、PDW、PCT、MPV均明显高于对照组(P <0.05),且细菌性肺炎组高于病毒性肺炎组及支原体肺炎组(P <0.05);轻症组与重症组明显高于对照组(P <0.05),重症组急性期明显高于轻症组急性期(P <0.05); 2组恢复期BPC、PDW、PCT、MPV与对照组比较无显著差异(P> 0.05);重症组与轻症组t PTEF、t PTEF/t E、TEF25、TEF25/PTEF%明显低于对照组(P <0.05),且重症组明显低于轻症组(P <0.05);血小板参数与t PTEF、t PTEF/t E、TEF25、TEF25/PTEF%均呈负相关(P <0.05)。结论肺炎患儿普遍存在血小板参数异常,细菌性肺炎患儿较为明显,血小板参数能对肺炎患儿病程严重程度的评估提供参考。

Objective To analyze the relationship between platelet parameter and the severity of the disease in children with pneumonia.Methods A total of 150 children,including 50 children with mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia (MPP),50 patients with bacterial pneumonia and 50children with viral pneumonia who were admitted to the hospital from March 2015to April 2017were selected,and they were divided into the severe group (n =54)and the mild group (n =96 ).At the same time,50heahhy persons were selected as the control group.The platelet parameters were observed,and the correlation of platelet parameter and lung function indexes was analyzed.Results The BPC,PDW,PCT and MPV in bacterial pneumonia group,viral pneumonia group and MPP group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P < 0.05).The indexes were significantly higher in bacterial pneumonia group than in viral pneumonia group and MPP group (P <0.05),significantly higher in the mild group and the severe group than in the control group (P <0.05 ),significantly higher in the severe group in acute phase than in the mild group in acute phase (P < 0.05).There was no significant difference in BPC,PDW,PCT and MPV in the 2groups in convalescence period,compared with the control group (P >0.05 ).The tPTEF,tPTEF/tE,TEF25 and TEF25/FTEF% in the severe group and the mild group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P <0.05 ), significantly lower in the severe group than in the mild group (P <0.05 ).platelet parameter was negatively correlated with tPTEF,tPTEF/tE,TEF25and TEF25/PTEF%(P <0.05 ).Conclusion There is abnormal platelet parameter in children with pneumonia,and the abnormality is more obvious in children with bacterial pneumonia.Platelet parameters can provide references for evaluation of the severity of pneumonia in children.
