护理计划表对骨科手术患者术后下肢静脉血栓形成的预防作用

Effect of Nursing Plan form on Postoperative Lower Extremity deep Venous Thrombosis in Orthopedics Patients

目的探讨护理计划表对骨科手术患者术后下肢静脉血栓形成(DVT)的预防作用。方法选取我院骨科2017年2月至5月收治的440例患者为观察组,均采用护理计划表预防DVT。选取我院骨科2016年9月至12月收治的424例患者为对照组,采用常规护理干预。比较两组的DVT的发生情况、患者的DVT认知得分、护理人员DVT考核得分等。结果观察组下肢静脉流速大于对照组,DVT发生率低于对照组(P <0.05)。观察组的DVT认知得分高于对照组,DVT预防护理满意度高于对照组(P <0.05)。结论护理计划表能够提高预防骨科手术患者术后DVT发生的效果与护理人员对DVT护理的能力。

Objective To explore the effect of nursing plan form on postoperative lower deep venous thrombosis(DVT)of lower extremity in orthopedics patients.Methods 440 patients in orthopedics from February to May 2017 were selected as the observation group,and the nursing plan form was adopted to prevent DVT.424 patients in orthopedics from September to December 2016 were selected as the control group,and the routine nursing intervention was adopted.The incidence of DVT,the cognitive score of DVT and the score of DVT examination of nursing staff were compared between the two groups.Results The lower limb venous velocity in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the incidence of DVT was lower than that in the control group (P <0.05).The DVT cognitive score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the satisfaction degree of DVT prevention nursing was higher than that in the control group (P <0.05 ).Conclusion The nursing plan form can prevent the occurrence of postoperative DVT in orthopedics patients,and improve the DVT nursing ability of orthopedics nursing staff.
