江苏省常州市武进区农村居民点智能布局优化研究

Research on Intelligent Layout Optimization of Rural Residential Areas in Wujin District Changzhou City, Jiangsu Province

农村居民点是我国农村用地类型的主要类型之一,在人地关系间起到关键纽带与桥梁作用。我国农村居民点用地情况普遍存在着量大、布局散、空心村现象严重、城乡住宅容积率严重失衡等问题,因此农村居民点的智能布局优化研究具有重要意义。本文对2015年常州市武进区农村居民点进行研究,主要从以下两方面进行分析探索:①地理区位特征与空间地形和人文经济因素之间的相关性研究;②分组类型划分与布局优化方案拟定。研究结果表明,在平原宽广、地势低平、河网稠密的太湖平原地区,高程和坡度对农村居民点分布的影响十分微弱,而距离公路、公共基础服务点的距离以及河网密度等因素则影响重大。

Rural settlements hold an important place in Chinese rural land and serve as a bridge in human-environment relationships.Nowadays,several main problems in Chinese rural settlements remain as follows:huge quantity,scattered distribution increasing vacant villages,etc.There is also a serious imbalance between town and country in Floor Area Ratio(FAR).The study of the optimization of rural residential areas is of great significance.In this study,we choose rural settlements in Wujin District and make an analysis on the following two aspects:① Correlation analysis between geographical location of rural settlements and its potential factors(such as terrain and social-human factors).② Classification learning of its distribution and the optimization scheme.As a result,in the area of Taihu Plain,where the plain is broad,the terrain is flat and favorable and the river is dense,elevation and slope factors appeared to have little effect on rural settlements distribution,while the distances to main roads,waters and public basic service have done better.
