基于GIS的太仓综合治理联动可视化系统设计与实现

The Design and Implementation of Taicang Comprehensive Management Linkage Visualization System Based on GIS

针对社会管理科学化、精细化、智能化的要求,本文提出并设计了基于GIS的太仓综合治理联动可视化系统。该系统通过数字太仓地理信息公共服务平台,以网格化管理为方向,以信息化手段为支撑,引入联动社会管理新模式,综合展示了太仓市现有的基础地理信息数据、各部门专题数据,实现了综合治理大数据的可视化。该系统的建设全面提升了太仓市公共服务信息化与治理精细化水平,构建起全市各部门共建共享的社会管理格局,因此,该实例可以为其他地区的综合治理联动可视化系统提供借鉴,具有重要的应用价值。

Aiming at the scientific,refined and intelligent requirements of social management,this paper proposes and designs a linkage visualization system for comprehensive management of Taicang based on GIS.Through the digital Taicang Geographic Information Public Service Platform,this system takes grid management,and is supported by information technology.It introduces a new model of social management linkage,and displays an existing basic geographic information data,thematic data of various departments of Taicang in a comprehensive way.It achieves Big Data’s visualization of comprehensive management.The construction of this system entirely promotes the level of public service informationization and governance refinement in Taicang.It constructes a social management pattern in which all departments of the city build and share together.
