摘要
本文以某市村庄地籍调查项目为例,在明确各工序之间的衔接关系的基础上,通过绘制双代号网络图,进行相关时间参数计算,确定关键路径及相应的关键工作,同时计算出非关键工作的机动时间,为项目管理者合理安排项目进度、动态控制项目进度及资源配置提供依据。
This paper takes a village cadastral survey project in a city as an example to clarify the connection relationship between various processes.By drawing a double-code network diagram,the relevant time parameters are calculated,the critical path and corresponding key work are determined,and maneuver time for non-critical work is calculated,all of which provide a basis for the project manager to reasonably arrange the project schedule and dynamically control the project schedule and resource allocation.
