响应曲面法优化翼核果中翼核果素及翼核果醌-I的提取工艺 被引量:5

Optimization of Ultrasonic Extraction of Ventilagolin and Ventiloquinone-I from Ventilago leiocarpa Benth by Response Surface Methodology

摘要 目的优化翼核果素(ventilagolin,YHGS)和翼核果醌-I(ventiloquinone-I,YHGK-I)的提取工艺。方法利用HPLC测定YHGS和YHGK-I的含量,采用响应曲面法考察料液比、提取次数及提取时间对提取效果的影响。结果 Design expert 8.0.6预测得到YHGS的最佳提取条件是料液比为1∶25,提取次数为3.98次,提取时间为24.98 min;YHGK-I的最佳提取条件是料液比为1∶24.78,提取次数2.38次,提取时间20.05 min。结论可以作为翼核果药材中的YHGS和YHGK-I的提取工艺提供依据。 Objective To optimize operation conditions for YHGS and YHGK-Ⅰ from Ventilago leiocarpa Benth using yields as index. Methods HPLC is used to determine the concentrations of YHGS and YHGK-Ⅰ. Operation condition(solid-liquid ratio,extraction frequency and extraction time) are optimized with response surface methodology. Results According to the Design Expert V8.0.6 software as follows: the optimum operating paramaters are: solid-liquid ratio is 1 : 25 and 1 : 24.78, extraction frequency is 3.98 and 2.38, extraction time is 24.98 min and 20.05 min, for YHGS and YHGK-Ⅰ. Conclusion The optimized conditions are reliable and provide experiment evidences for the optimal extraction technology for YHGS and YHGK-Ⅰ from Ventilago leiocarpa Benth.
