三种中成药治疗肝肾阴虚型高血压成本-效果分析

Cost-effectiveness Analysis of Three Kinds of Proprietary Chinese Medicines for the Treatment of Liver and Kidney Yin Deficiency Type Hypertension

目的评价3种中成药治疗肝肾阴虚型高血压的疗效及成本-效果分析。方法将120例患者随机分为3组,分别给予六味地黄丸(A组)、杞菊地黄丸(B组)、左归丸(C组),治疗12周,观察其疗效,并进行成本-效果分析。结果 3组成本分别为176元、151.62元、354.14元;总有效率分别为92.5%、87.5%、82.5%(P> 0.05);成本—效果比分别为190.27、173.28、429.26;A、C组相对于B组的增量成本-效果比分别为487.6、4 050.4。结论六味地黄丸组是治疗肝肾阴虚型高血压的较佳中成药。

Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effects and cost-effectiveness among 3 therapeutic regimens. Methods 120 cases are randomly divided into 3 groups. Group A is given treatment of Liuwei dihuang pill;Group B receive Qijudihuang pill and Group C to receive Zuogui pill. The curative effects are observed after oral administrations within 12 weeks. Then the cost-effectiveness ratio is conducted after the analysis. ResultsThe costs of the 3(A, B and C) are 176 yuan, 151.62 yuan, and 354.14 yuan, respectively.The total efficiency of the 3 groups are 92.5 %, 87.5 % and 82.5 %(P > 0.05), respectively. The ratio of cost-effectiveness of the 3 groups are 190.27, 173.28 and 429.26, respectively. Conclusion The group A is superior to the other two groups for the treatment of liver and kidney Yin deficiency type hypertension.
