摘要 介绍了印制电路板(PCB)电磁兼容性(EMC)设计和优化过程的分析与研究。首先分析了PCB的EMC问题,在设计过程中发现问题,并基于谐振效应理论提出了一种优化设计方法。然后基于PCB微带线的物理模型进行耦合场仿真,验证该优化方法的可行性。最后,进行PCB电磁抗扰度实验,结果表明该方法能增强PCB的EMC性能,具有一定的实际工程意义。 The analysis and research of printed circuit board (PCB)electromagnetic compatibility (EMC)design and optimize process are presented.Firstly,the PCB EMC problem is analyzed,the EMC problem in design process is found,an optimization design method is proposed based on the resonance effect theory.Then the coupling field simulation is performed to verify the feasibility of the optimization method mainly based on physical model of microstrip line on PCB.FinaUy,the PCB electromagnetic susceptibility experiment is carried out.The results show that it can enhance the EMC of PCB and has certain practical engineering significance.
