混联桥臂的架空线换流站结构特性研究

摘要 采用具备直流故障阻断能力的换流站拓扑结构是解决架空线在直流输电领域高故障率的一种有效途径。为了进一步提升架空线电压源换流器高压直流换流站的故障阻断能力和经济性,提出了两种基于单电容箝位型子单元(CSSM)和半桥子单元(HBSM)混联以及串联型双电容箝位型子单元(SCSM)和HBSM混联的桥臂拓扑方案。对以上两种结构进行了运行特性和故障阻断能力分析,并与传统架空线换流站拓扑结构进行比对,明确其在开关数量上的优势。通过搭建单相混联桥臂实验平台,验证了两种拓扑具备故障阻断能力。 The use of a converter station topology with direct current fault blocking capability is an effective way to solve the high failure rate of overhead lines in the field of direct current transmission.In order to further improve the fault blocking ability and economy of the overhead line voltage source converter high voltage direct current converter station,two types of the hybrid circuit based on clamping single capacitor sub-module (CSSM)and half-bridge submodule (HBSM)and series clamping double capacitor sub-module (SCSM)and HBSM hybrid bridge topologies are proposed.The operation characteristics and fault blocking capability of the two structures are analyzed.Compared with the topology of the traditional overhead line converter station,the advantages of the number of switches are clarified. By setting up a single-phase hybrid bridge arm experimental platform,it verifies that both topologies have fault blocking capability.
