协同创新企业知识势差与知识转移的影响因素 被引量:8

The Influence Factors of Knowledge Potential Difference and Knowledge Transfer in Collaborative Innovation Enterprises

摘要 通过构建协同创新企业知识势差与知识转移绩效影响模型,运用数理证明和仿真相结合的方法,深入分析了知识势差对知识转移绩效的作用机理,探讨了影响二者关系的关键因素,为协同创新企业选择和知识转移投入提供依据。研究发现:激励因子和知识理解系数是影响协同企业知识势差与知识转移绩效的主要因素,对协同创新主体合作伙伴选择和知识转移投入策略有着重要影响,增加激励因子和知识理解系数能够增大协同创新企业间最优合作距离,但对知识转移绩效提升作用效果不明显。 By building the collaborative innovation enterprise knowledge potential difference and the influence of knowledge transfer performance model,using the method of combining the mathematical proof and simulation,this paper analyzes the mechanism of knowledge potential difference on knowledge transfer performance,and find the key factors affecting the relationship between the two,provide a basis for collaborative innovation enterprise selection and knowledge transfer investment.The study finds that motivation factors and knowledge understanding coefficient are the main factor affecting the potential difference of knowledge and knowledge transfer performance,for they have an important influence on the collaborative innovation subject partner selection and knowledge transfer investment strategy.Increasing the incentive factor and knowledge understanding coefficient can increase the optimal cooperation distance between collaborative innovation enterprises.
