摘要
以"PSR"概念模型为基础,利用相关性分析和变精度粗糙集(VPRS)约简指标,构建国家生态安全评价指标体系,以"20国集团"国家为研究对象,采用突变级数法,对评价维度进行多层次分解,借助雷达图可视化分析法对国家生态安全能力进行评价。研究发现:"20国集团"国家的整体生态安全健康性评价能力最高,可持续发展能力次之,冲击力识别能力最低,表明20国集团国家整体经济、社会、自然发展状况良好,可持续发展能力较强,但是其在承受经济、社会系统带来的压力时,自然系统在脆弱性方面能力较差,风险的抵抗能力明显低于国家经济社会发展速度,一旦风险集聚,很容易产生生态危机。
In this paper,National Ecological Security Evaluation System are divided into three parts,in order to achieve the number of overlapping double concentrated,correlation analysis and variable precision rough set(VPRS)are used to reduce targets.This paper adopts catastrophe progression to hierarchical decompensate the multi-level dimensions and use radar chart to visualize the index of 20counties’ national ecological security.Our result show that:"G20"Members’ ecological security is in good grades,their ability to withstand pressure and impact force are weak,the risk of resistance are significantly lower than the national growth rate.Finally it is suggested the economic,social systems impact ability be extremely enhance to identify national security.
