聚氨酯-环氧树脂互穿网络聚合物耐蚀阻尼涂料的制备与表征 被引量:9

Preparation and Characterization of Corrosion Resistant and Damping Coatings Modified by Polyurethane-Epoxy Interpenetrating Network Polymers

摘要 阻尼材料能有效改善机械设备振动噪声问题,而海洋设备要求有很好的耐蚀性。为实现高分子阻尼材料在海洋设备中的应用,将具有较高模量、高附着力、低收缩率、耐腐蚀性好等优点的环氧树脂与聚氨酯合成透明互穿网络聚合物(IPN)膜。通过羟值确定、傅里叶变换红外光谱法、拉拔法(测试附着力)、扫描电子显微镜、差示扫描量热仪和动态热机械分析仪等测试研究了聚氨酯/环氧树脂对IPN膜性能的影响。结果表明,所获得的IPN膜可以显著提高材料的阻尼性能、热力学性能、机械强度以及粘结强度。通过不同体系树脂的筛选发现,当聚氨酯/环氧树脂质量比为7∶3时,材料的阻尼性能和耐蚀性能最好,损耗因子tanδ可达0.96,人造海水中浸泡600 h表面无变化。 Vibration damping materials can effectively improve the vibration and noise problem,and marine equipments need good corrosion resistance. Polyurethane and epoxy resin with high modulus,high adhesion,low shrinkage and anti-corrosion ability were used to form a transparent interpenetrating polymer network( IPN). The hydroxyl value,FTIR,hydraulic test adhesion,SEM,DSC and DMA were used to study the effect of the epoxy resin content on the IPN properties. Results showed that the as-obtained IPN film could improve evidently the damping properties,thermodynamic properties,mechanical strength and bonding strength of IPN film. Through optimizing the different systems of epoxy resin,when the mass ratio of polyurethane and epoxy resin was 7 ∶ 3,the as-prepared materials possessed the optimal damping performance and corrosion resistance. In addition,the loss factor tanδ could reach 0. 96 and no changes could be observed on the surface of sample after immersed in artificial seawater for 600 h.
