特种封存防锈油的研发及其在盾构机刀盘系统齿轮箱中的应用

Development of Special Sealing and Antirust Oil and Its Application in Gearboxes of Cutterhead System of Tunnel Boring Machine

盾构机刀盘系统严酷的使用环境对刀盘系统齿轮箱提出了很高的防锈要求。选择合适的基础油和添加剂配方,调配成能适应该环境的特种封存防锈油。对该防锈油进行常规理化指标试验,考察其基本性状;之后与某品牌普通封存防锈油进行防锈性能比较,并考察2种防锈油在混入杂质油的苛刻环境下的防锈性能变化情况。结果表明:特种封存防锈油在试验条件下性状稳定,具有良好的防锈性能,同时又有相对更好的容许混入杂质油的能力,在混入一定量齿轮油或润滑脂析出油后,防锈能力下降并不明显。在盾构机使用方基地进行应用时,针对现场条件,制订了该防锈油应用的指导意见,使用效果良好。

The special grim environment of tunnel boring machine( TBM) cutterhead system demands the high antirust requirements for gearboxes of cutterhead system. The appropriate base oil and additive were selected for the preparation of the special sealing and antirust oil to suit this environment. The antirust oil was tested by conventional physicochemical test for its basic characters,and then the rust proof property of this special sealing antirust oil was compared with another brand common sealing antirust oil. At the same time,the change of antirust property of these two kinds of oil when mixing with other substances in a harsh environment was investigated. Results showed that the special sealing and antirust oil for the gear box of TBM cutterhead system had stable characteristics under the test conditions and good antirust property. The oil had relatively better ability to allow impurity oil to mix in. After mixing with a certain amount of gear oil or precipitate oil of grease,the decrease of antirust ability was not obvious. According to conditions of the site condition,the guiding opinions on the application of antirust oil were formulated in the application of some TBM user bases. The feedbacks of these users were good.
