对发包人工程经济签证管理的建议

Suggestions on the Management of Project Economic Visa for the Employer

承包人向发包人提出工程经济签证是工程实践中的常态,工程经济签证的管理对于发包人确定工程造价、控制工程投资具有积极作用。笔者根据自身实际工作经验,简要论述当前发包人在工程经济签证中存在的主要问题,并提出了有关建议。

It is the normal practice for the contractor to propose the project economic visa to the employer.The management of the engineering economy visa has a positive effect on the contractor to correctly determine the cost of the project and effectively control the project investment.Based on the author’s practical work experience,this paper briefly discusses the main problems existing in the project economic visa of the developer at present,and puts forward some suggestions.
