结合印尼巨港轻轨铺轨工程项目的实施过程,阐述了做好项目属地化管理首先要坚持的原则,对企业推行"属地化"管理的优势进行分析,并说明了国内支撑是属地化管理发展的必要条件,使企业能更好地利用当地资源,更好地融入当地发展。

Combing with the construction process of the Palembang light rail laying engineering of Indonesia,this paper expounds the principles when doing well the project local administrator,analyzes the advantages of promoting the"localization"management for enterprises,and illustrates that the requirement of localization management is the domestic support,it can make the enterprises use local resources,and integrate into the local development.
