摘要
结合在安哥拉某港扩建项目的工作经验,分析了国内建筑企业在HSE(Health健康、Safety安全、Environment环境)管理方面存在的问题,并对加强国际工程项目管理的措施进行探讨,如制定质量管理制度、做好项目进度规划和加强项目成本控制等。
Based on the work experience of expansion project of a port in Angola,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the HSE(Health,Health,Environment) management of domestic construction enterprises,and probes into the measures to strengthen the international engineering project management,such as formulating the quality management system,making the project schedule planning and strengthening the project cost control.
