麻醉镇痛在经直肠前列腺穿刺活检中的应用进展被引量：7

摘要经直肠前列腺穿刺活检是诊断前列腺癌的主要方法,近年来其操作过程需要麻醉镇痛逐渐成为共识。目前已有多种麻醉镇痛方法被应用于临床。本文从常用的麻醉镇痛方法、不同方法效果比较、各方法联合应用研究以及新型镇痛方法的应用等方面对麻醉镇痛在经直肠前列腺穿刺活检中的应用进展进行了综述。
