摘要
基于武汉市某单位长丰村城中村改造K10地块项目,通过对比两种柱网(大柱网7. 8m×7. 8m、小柱网5. 4m×5. 4m)条件下地下室不同楼盖体系经济指标的差异,分析了不同柱跨和楼盖体系对地下室层高、整体经济性的影响。结果表明,小柱网经济性优于大柱网,无梁楼盖体系优于其他楼盖形式。
Based on block K10 of a renovation of urban-village project in Changfeng village in Wuhan. The differences of economic indicators of basement with different floor systems under two column networks( the large column-grid is 7. 8 m×7. 8 m and the smaller column-grid is 5. 4 m × 5. 4 m) were compared. The effects of different column spacing and floor systems on the storey height of basement and the overall economy of basement were analyzed. Results show that the economy of the smaller column-grid is better than that of the large column-grid and girderless floor system is better than that of others.
