摘要
利用放电等离子烧结技术和真空熔炼技术,制备了CoCrFeMnNi高熵合金,并分析了稀土氧化物Y_2O_3对CoCrFeMnNi高熵合金退火稳定性的影响。结果显示,未退火CoCrFeMnNi高熵合金均由面心立方结构组成;在800℃退火72 h后,没有添加Y_2O_3和添加2. 0%(质量分数) Y_2O_3的CoCrFeMnNi高熵合金中分别析出了层片状的富Cr相和大颗粒状的Cr-Mn相,添加1. 0%Y_2O_3的合金中退火后则没有第二相生成。退火试验结果与XRD结果一致,表明添加1. 0%Y_2O_3可提高CoCrFeMnNi高熵合金的退火稳定性。
CoCrFeMnNi high entropy alloys with and without Y2O3 addition were prepared by spark plasma sintering and vacuum smelting technology,and the phase stability of CoCrFeMnNi alloys after annealing was studied. The research results indicate that the CoCrFeMnNi alloys without annealing are composed of face centered cubic structure. After annealing at 800 ℃ for 72 h,lamellar Cr-ich phase and large particle Cr-Mn phase are found in the alloys without Y2O3 and with 2. 0% Y2O3( mass fraction) respectively,while there is no secondary phase formation in the alloy with 1. 0% Y2O3. The annealing experiment results are consistent with that of XRD and EDS mapping,showing that the addition of 1. 0% Y2O3 can improve the annealing stability of CoCrFeMnNi high entropy alloy.
