横向磁通连续感应加热过程中带材涡流场和温度场的仿真分析 被引量:7

Simulation and analysis of eddy current field and temperature field of strips during transverse flux continuous induction heating

摘要 基于新型磁-热耦合仿真计算方法,在考虑带材材料物性参数随温度变化的前提下,以45钢带材为例对横向磁通连续感应加热过程中带材表面涡流和温度的分布情况进行了模拟和计算,并与不考虑材料物性参数随温度变化及15MnV钢带材在相同条件下连续感应加热这两种情况进行了对比。结果表明:带材材料物性参数随温度产生的变化对感应加热结果影响较大,且45钢和15MnV钢计算得到的感应加热工艺参数存在较大差异。 Based on a new magnetic-thermal coupling simulation method,the distribution of eddy current and temperature on the strip surface during continuous induction heating is simulated by taking 45 steel strip as an example under the premise of considering the change of the physical properties of the strip material with temperature. Meanwhile,the calculations were compared with two cases where the physical properties of the strip material were not affected by temperature changes and the continuous induction heating of the 15 MnV steel strip under the same conditions. The results show that the physical properties of the strip material have a great influence on the heating results,and the heating process parameters simulated by the 45 steel strip and the 15 MnV steel strip are quite different.
