摘要
"Qingdao consensus"on civil-military integration in standardization community was reached among twelve standardization institutions in the first national convention on civil-military standardization integration on December 20 in Qingdao.The event was organized by Shandong Provincial Commission Office of Civil-Military Integration,AVIC China Aero-Polytech and CNIS under the supervision of SAC,State Administration of Science,Technology and Industry for National Defense,and All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce.
