Association standards respond to segmenting catering market

摘要 As new formats emerge in the catering industry,the market is segmenting and the need for more refined standards arises.In response,China Cuisine Association recently released eight association standards concerning food quality improvement,food delivery,microbial risk control food labeling in central kitchen and vending machine management,which were expected to guide standardized management and quality improvement in the industry.
