Application of industrial merger and acquisition funds to promote structural upgrading of the testing and inspection industry

本文针对我国检验检测行业的发展现状及挑战,结合政府主管部门政策导向和行业机构整合需求,在介绍产业并购基金特点及优势的基础上,总结了行业内A股上市公司在产业并购基金方面的探索及应用情况,旨在阐述产业并购基金对检验检测行业整合及行业结构升级的关键意义。

In view of the existing development and challenges in the testing and inspectio industry in China,this paper introduced the characteristics and advantages of industrial merger and acquisition funds based on the policy orientation of governmental authorities and the requirements of institutional integration of the industry.On this basis,it summarized the exploration and application of industrial merger and acquisition funds by A-share listed companies in the industry,so as to clarify the significant role of industrial merger and acquisition funds in integration and structural upgrading of the testing and inspection industry.
