政府购买公共服务是社会公共服务供给方式的一种新的改变。本文以政府购买残疾儿童抢救性康复服务为研究对象,基于工作实际,从各利益相关方的利益诉求分析入手,明晰了该项工作的标准化需求,提出了标准化应用对策和建议,并为政府购买其他公共服务提供参考和借鉴。

Government purchase of public services is a new way of the social public services supply.The article takes the government purchase of rehabilitation services for children with disabilities as the research object.Based on the work practice,it starts with the analysis of interest demands of all the interested parties,clarifies the requirements of standardization and puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions on the application of standardization.The results will be a reference to other government purchase of public services.
