本文主要介绍了我国电子数据司法鉴定工作中技术标准的重要作用,梳理了现行的电子数据司法鉴定领域的33项标准和技术规范,包括4项国家标准、19项行业标准以及10项司法部技术规范,并对重点的通用的标准进行了解读。

This paper mainly introduces the important role of the technical standard in the forensic work of electronic data in our country,and sorts out 33 standards and technical specifications in the field of electronic data forensic authetitication, including 4 national standards,19 industry standards and 10 technical specifications of the Ministry of Justice and interprets the key general standards.
