我们正处在一个海量数据的时代,随着数据成几何倍数的增长,大数据对我们生活的影响也会越深入。对于民航业来说,利用大数据分析技术,分析用户行为,预测用户需求,为用户提供更好的乘机体验;利用大数据分析技术,提高机场运行效率,可为民航旅客提供一个安全、舒适、高效的航站区环境和飞行旅程。本文选取民航机场运营管理中的几个典型应用场景,浅谈在民航机场管理中应用大数据技术的思路和方法。

We are in an era of massive data.With the growth of data in geometric multiples,the impact of big data on our lives will be more in-depth.For the civil aviation industry,the use of large data analysis technology,analysis of user behavior,prediction of user needs,to provide users with better flight experience;the use of large data analysis technology to improve the efficiency of airport operation,civil aviation passengers can provide a safe,comfortable and efficient terminal environment and flight journey.This paper chooses several typical application scenarios in the operation and management of civil aviation airport,and discusses the idea and method of applying big data technology in civil aviation airport management.
