温湿独立控制技术在卷烟厂房中的应用 被引量:4

Application of Temperature and Humidity Independent Control Technology for Cigarette Workshop

摘要 针对卷烟厂车间传统组合式空调机组存在的热湿联合处理导致巨大的再热能耗问题,本文提出基于温湿度独立控制思想,对新风进行预处理。组合式空调机组采用高温冷源,新风预处理机组采用独立冷源。夏季设计工况下,可节省60kW的制冷量和避免57kW的再热量。同时,根据被控车间的热湿负荷特性和当地室外气象条件,给出了全年各个工况区域的控制策略。实测结果表明卷烟厂车间内温湿度控制精度达到要求。 In order to solve the problem that the substantial energy use of conventional air handle unit (AHU)results from the coupled cooling and dehumidifying process for cigarette workshop,the fresh air is preaddressed based on the temperature and humidity independent control.The conventional AHU is with the high temperature cooling source while the fresh air handle unit (FAHU)is with the independent cooling source.Under the designed conditions in summer,the cooling energy with 60 and re-heating energy of 57 could be saved.Meanwhile,the annual control strategy,is presented according to the load conditions and outdoor conditions.The test results indicate that the requirement for the indoor temperature and humidity could be satisfied.
