摘要
绿色金融的发展在黑龙江省"两大平原"现代农业综合配套改革试验区中起着重要的作用。分析绿色金融支持黑龙江省"两大平原"现代农业综合配套改革试验区现状与存在的问题,进而提出推动绿色金融工具创新、建立完善的农村绿色金融体系、完善农业绿色保险体系以及对农村金融机构进行优化升级的对策建议。
The development of green finance plays an important role in the "two major plains"modern agricultural comprehensive supporting reform pilot zone in Heilongjiang Province. We analyze the status quo and existing problems of the"Two Great Plains"modern agricultural comprehensive reform pilot zone in Heilongjiang Province,and then we proposed to promote the innovation of green financial instruments,and established a sound rural green financial system,and improved the agricultural green insurance system and the rural financial institutions. And we suggested for optimizing the upgrade.
