我国跨境电子商务人民币结算的问题及对策研究

Study On Problems & Strategies of China Cross-border E-commerce RMB Settlement

随着电子商务的发展,跨境电子商务展现出巨大的潜力,成为促进我国外贸发展的重要力量。当前国内跨境电子商务人民币结算存在支付体系不完善、缺乏综合型人才、第三方支付企业国际化程度低、交易存在信用风险等问题,限制了跨境电子商务的发展。针对存在的问题,提出完善支付体系、加强人才培育与引进、完善电子商务金融服务体系、建立健全风险监测评估体系等对策建议,以促进我国跨境电子商务人民币结算水平不断提升。

With the development of electronic commerce,cross-border e-commerce is showing great potential. It has become an important force to promote the development of China’s foreign trade. The development of cross-border e-commerce is bound to face problems of RMB settlement;the current domestic cross-border e-commerce RMB settlement has some shortcomings. Imperfect payment system,comprehensive talents shortage,low internationalization of the third-party payment enterprises and credit risk in e-commerce transactions are limiting the development of cross-border e-commerce. Considering existing problems,the author puts forward measures to improve the payment system,strengthen talents cultivation and introduction,consummate the financial service system of electronic commerce,strengthen risk control and ensure the normal flow of funds in order to promote the smooth development of cross-border e-commerce transactions and enhance the continuous improvement of RMB settlement of cross-border e-commerce in China.
