随着我国经济水平的不断提升和地方银行业金融机构的快速发展,银行档案管理作为与银行各项经营管理活动密切联系的工作,其作用逐渐凸显。加强地方银行金融机构档案管理,可分别为其企业文化建设及风险规避提供依据与保障,目前,地方银行业金融机构档案管理存在基础设施不达标、档案管理机制不健全、制度建设落后以及电子化发展进程慢等不足,为解决这些问题,各机构应提高对档案管理工作重要性的认识,采取针对性对策提高档案精细化管理水平。

Along with economic level’s promotion and local banking financing institution’s rapid development in China,as the work that has closely relationship with bank’s operation and management actives,archives management’s influence is more and more obvious. Enhance local banking financing institution archives management,can provide basis and protection to its enterprise cultural construction and risk aversion.
