A review of studies on the operational efficiency of basic medical insurance for urban and rural residents

城乡居民基本医疗保险制度是关系到中国社会保障体系健康发展的重要内容。对目前国内外关于医疗保险运行效率的内涵、效率评价方法及指标的研究文献加以梳理和总结,发现其存在研究深度及广度不够、适用性及指标相关性不强等问题,为未来研究的改进提供参考。

the basic medical insurance system for urban and rural residents is an important content related to the healthy development of China’s social security system. At present,in terms of the operation efficiency of basic medical insurance for urban and rural residents,relevant research content is not enough. Through reading a large number of literature materials,this paper summarizes the connotation,efficiency evaluation methods and indicators of the operation efficiency of medical insurance at home and abroad at present,and finds some problems,such as insufficient depth and breadth of research,applicability and weak correlation of indicators.
