Analysis of Migrant Workers Salary Arrears Problem in Construction Industry

农民工作为我国的特殊群体,是促进我国经济发展和城市化进程的主要力量。农民工欠薪事件的发生不仅损害了农民工的合法权益,也不利于社会的长治久安。通过对建筑业农民工欠薪问题的成因进行分析,有针对性地提出对策建议。

Migrant workers are a special group in our country,and they are the main labor force to promote the economic development and urbanization in China. However,there are overdue salaries pay for migrant workers every end of the year,and the group behavior of asking for their salary triggered by endangers seriously. On the basis of the literature,this paper analyzes the causes of migrant workers salary arrears problem in the construction industry and proposes corresponding countermeasures.
