安全护理管理模式对手术患者术中的干预效果

The Effect of Intervention Nursing Safety Management Mode of Operation in Patients

目的:探讨安全护理管理模式对手术患者术中的干预效果。方法:连续收集2012年2月-2014年2月在我院行手术治疗的110例患者,2组患者均给予手术治疗,对照组患者给予常规的护理方式,观察组患者给予安全护理管理模式,比较2组护理差错事件的发生率及患者满意率差异性。结果:2组患者的性别、年龄、手术类型(包括微创手术和开放手术)、手术时间和住院时间的比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组的手术差错率显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的护理满意度显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:安全护理管理模式有利于减少手术差错事件,提高患者满意度,促进医患和谐。

Objective:To investigate the safety management model of nursing intervention effect on patients in operation.Methods: Collected from 2012 February to 2014 February,continuous in the treatment of 110 cases of operation patients in our hospital,two patients were given operation treatment,the control mode of the group were treated with routine nursing care,experimental group patients were given nursing safety management mode,compared two groups of nursing errors happen difference rate and satisfaction rate of patients with students.Results:The two groups were gender,age,operation type (including minimally invasive operation and open operation),comparing the operation time and hospitalization time,the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05 ).Significantly lower than the control group operation error rate of experimental group,the differenee was statistically significant (P<0.05 ).Nursing satisfaction of test group was significantly higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05 ).Conclusion: The nursing safety management mode is propitious to reduce operation error events,improve patient satisfaction,to promote harmony between doctors and patients.
