单侧穿刺椎体成型术治疗脊椎压缩性骨折的疗效

Unilateral puncturing vertebroplasty for treatment of vertebral compression fractures

目的:研究单侧穿刺椎体成型术治疗脊椎压缩性骨折的疗效。方法:将2017年1月-2017年12月20例脊柱压缩性骨折患者作为对照组,采取双侧穿刺椎体成型术进行治疗,另将2017年1月-2017年12月20例脊柱压缩性骨折患者作为观察组,采取单侧穿刺椎体成型术进行治疗,经治疗后对其治疗效果进行分析对比。结果:(1)对照组患者术中出血量、住院时间、术后下床活动时间及手术时间均高于观察组患者,数据差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(2)2组患者治疗前疼痛度评分没有差异(P>0.05);治疗后观察组患者疼痛度评分低于对照组患者(P<0.05)。结论:单侧穿刺椎体成型术与双侧穿刺椎体成型术治疗脊椎压缩性骨折的效果均较为理想,而单侧穿刺椎体成型术具有创伤小、安全性高、手术花费少等优势,不仅缩短了住院时间、术后下床活动时间,更是减少了术中出血量,缓解了患者的疼痛感,其治疗效果更是得到了临床及患者的认可,在临床中有着广泛的应用前景。

Objective:To study the efficacy of unilateral puncture vertebroplasty in the treatment of vertebral compression fractures. Methods:Twenty patients with spinal compression fractures (treatment time from January 2017 to December 2017)were treated with bilateral puncture vertebroplasty as a control group and 20 patients with spinal compression fractures (admission time).From January 2017 to December 2017,unilateral puncture vertebroplasty was performed as an experimental group,and the therapeutic effects were compared after treatment.Results:(1)In the control group,the amount of intraoperative blood loss,length of stay,postoperative bedtime,and operation time were all higher than those in the experimental group.The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05 ).(2)There was no difference in pain score before treatment between the two groups (P >0.05 ).The pain score of the experimental group after treatment was lower than that of the control group (P <0.05 ).Conclusion:Unilateral puncture vertebroplasty and bilateral puncture vertebroplasty were ideal for the treatment of vertebral compressional osseous,while unilateral puncture vertebroplasty had the advantages of less trauma, high safety,and low surgical cost.Not only shorten the hospitalization time,the time after getting out of bed could reduce the amount of blood loss in the surgery,relieve the patient's pain,and its therapeutic effect was more recognized by clinicians and patients.It had wide application prospects in clinical practice.
