摘要
介绍了预处理条件下的冲入式球化工艺。研究发现,冲入式球化工艺具有残留硫控制稳定、石墨球数较多、球化剂加入量少及球化率高等优点。镁的吸收率可达79%,石墨球数量可达25~35个/mm^2,球化剂的加入量降低到0.9%~1.2%。
A rush type of spheroidizing process in a pretreated condition was introduced.From the investigation it was found that the rush type of spheroidizing process has advantages of stable residual sulfur,more graphite nodules,lass addition nodulizer,and higher nodularity.Absorption rate of magnesium element may be as high as 79%,graphite nodules may reach 25 to 35 per square metre in amount,and addition ofnodulizer was reduced to 0.9 to 1.2%.
