摘要
对摇臂钻床底座的原浇注系统进行了分析,并进行了理论上的计算。据此对原浇注系统进行了改进。采用改进后的浇注系统,有效地解决了铸件的气孔问题,使底座铸件的废品率从原来的8.5%下降到1.68%。
The original gating system used for a radial drill base was analyzed,and calculated in theory. In view of the above,an improvement in the original gating system was performed.Gas holes were effectively removed from the cast radial drill base by the use of the improved gating system and with the result that rejection rate of the castings were reduced from 8.5 to 1.68%.
