摘要
[目的]采用HPLC-MS/MS建立15%甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐·啶虫脒微乳剂的含量检测方法。[方法]采用高效液相色谱-串联质谱法,以0.1%甲酸水溶液-乙腈为流动相梯度洗脱,使用以Poroshell 120 EC-C18柱和MSD检测器,对试样中的甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐和啶虫脒进行测定,外标法定量。[结果]该分析方法的甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐和啶虫脒线性相关系数分别为0.9998和0.9995,变异系数分别为2.06%和3.76%,平均回收率分别为98.55%和81.50%。[结论]该方法的操作简单,精密度、准确度和灵敏度均满足要求,可用于15%甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐·啶虫脒微乳剂含量检测。
[Aims] The aims were to establish a HPLC-MS/MS method to detect the emamectin benzoate·acetamiprid15% ME. [Methods] The separation and quantitative analysis of emamectin benzoate and acetamiprid in the samples were conducted by HPLC-MS/MS and MSD detector with the mixture of 0.1% formic acid and acetonitrile which is gradient elution, and with Poroshell 120 EC-C18 column as fix phase. [Results] The results showed that the linear correlation coefficients for emamectin benzoate and acetamiprid were 0.9998 and 0.9995, the variation coefficients were 2.06 and 3.76%, the average recovery rates were 98.55 and 81.50%, respectively. [Conclusions] The method is simple, the precision, accuracy and sensitivity were all satisfy the standard, which is suitable for analysis of emamectin benzoate·acetamiprid 15% ME.
