摘要 羽毛是鸟类特有的皮肤衍生物,鸟类羽毛显微结构具有较强的稳定性和种间特异性,鸟羽显微结构特征可为鸟类的物种鉴定提供佐证。以雌、雄黑水鸡的飞羽和尾羽为研究对象,使用扫描电镜对其显微结构进行观察。结果表明,相同部位羽毛的腹齿、羽小钩和纤毛的数量都存在一定的差异。利用SPSS22.0差异性分析显示:飞羽的上述3个因子在雌雄黑水鸡间差异均极显著、尾羽的上述3个因子在雌雄间差异均显著,因此认为利用飞羽和尾羽对黑水鸡进行鉴别时需要考虑性别。 Feather is a unique skin derivative of birds, and feather microstructure has strong stability and specificity among different species, which can provide evidence for the identification of species. In this paper, the microstructure of remix and rectrix of female and male Common Moorhen(Gallinula chloropus) were observed by scanning electron microscopy. The result showed that there were some differences in the number of ventral tooth, the number of hooked barbule and the number of cilia in the same part of feathers. And the difference analysis by SPSS22.0 showed that the three parameters from remex had extremely significant difference between the female and male Common Moorhen, however, the three parameters from rectrix had significant difference. So it was suggested that the sex should be considered when identifying Common Moorhen by using remix and rectrix.
