摘要
采用液相沉淀法,通过改变氯化钪溶液中加入草酸钠溶液时沉淀结晶的条件,实现了草酸钪晶体形貌的控制。初步探究了溶液pH值、加料方式、钪浓度、表面活性剂、陈化时间等条件对草酸钪形貌的影响及其机理。结果表明,控制不同的实验条件可以制备六边形薄片状与厚片状、球形、双棱锥形、层状堆积等多种草酸钪晶体,对含钪粉末材料的研究与应用具有一定的推动作用。
The morphology of scandium oxalate crystal was controlled b'y changing the conditions of precipitation and crystallization when adding sodium oxalate to scandium chloride solution by liquid precipitation method.The effects of solution pH,feeding method,scandium concentration,surfactant and aging time on the morphology of scandium oxalate and its mechanism were investigated.The results show that many kinds of scandium oxalate crystals,such as hexagonal sheet and thick sheet,spherical,bipyramidal and layered stacking,can be prepared by controlling different experimentaI conditions,which can promote the research and application of scandium-containing powder materials.
