摘要
介绍了湖北宜化化工股份有限公司采用"化学沉淀+离子交换"法对电石法PVC含汞废水处理的工艺流程,并对含汞废水处理装置调试过程中出现的问题进行了优化改进。处理后出水含汞质量浓度小于0.002 mg/L,废水全部回用,水处理成本35.2元/m^3。
The technological process that Hubei Yihua Chemical Co.,Ltd.adopted to treat wastewater containing mercury in production of calcium carbide based PVC was introduced.The process was comprised of chemical precipitation and ion exchange.The process was optimized in view of the problems in commissioning.After treatment,the concentration of mercury in the yielding water was less than 0.002 mg/L,and wastewater was reused completely.The cost of water treatment was 35.2 yuan/m^3.
